Main features and function requirements:
This series of machine tools is our company's mature product , featuring a compact overall structure, beautiful appearance, high torque main spindle, excellent rigidity, stable and reliable performance, and outstanding precision retention.
The optimized design of the headstock box is suitable for turning operations of disk-type and shaft-type components. It allows for machining operations involving straight, arc, metric, and multiple-thread threads. This design is capable of handling the turning processes of complex-shaped and high-precision disk-type and shaft-type components.
The machine tool guide rails and saddle guide rails both utilize hardened guide rails made of special materials. Through high-frequency quenching, these guide rails achieve superior hardness, wear resistance, durability, and excellent precision retention, ensuring prolonged and accurate machining operations.
The CNC system adopts the GSK980TC3 system and incorporates high-quality domestically produced ball screws as well as high-precision lead screw bearings
Utilizing high-precision spindle bearing assembly, the spindle undergoes meticulous assembly and dynamic balancing tests, ensuring a spindle with high precision, low noise, and strong rigidity.
Each lubrication point is equipped with a forced automatic lubrication device for precise and quantitative lubrication of lead screws and guide rails. In the event of abnormal conditions or insufficient oil levels, an automatic warning signal is generated.
The standard configuration includes a domestically produced three-jaw self-centering manual chuck.
The guide rails are equipped with a chip scraping device to prevent corrosion by iron filings and coolant, facilitating easy removal of iron chips
