It is adept at leveling a variety of metal plates, including high-strength steel, carbon steel, stainless steel, and aluminum. This device plays a pivotal role in industries such as metallurgy, shipbuilding, boilers, petroleum, chemicals, locomotives, bridges, metal structure machinery manufacturing, and decoration.
The equipment is engineered with an array of robust components, including the frame part, roller part, movable crossbeam, pressing mechanism, cornering mechanism or guide roller part, main transmission system, dry oil lubrication system, base part, and electrical part, ensuring seamless and reliable operation.
Crafted with precision, the machine features a sturdy frame structure. The lower row of working rollers is securely fixed on the lower machine base, while the upper row is mounted on the movable crossbeam. This crossbeam can move vertically and tilt at specific angles to accommodate plates of varying thicknesses. To guarantee unparalleled leveling accuracy, both the upper and lower rows of working rollers are complemented with support rollers.
