It also offers automatic stroke reversal, significantly reducing operator labor intensity while enhancing production efficiency. The control buttons and handles are strategically centralized for ease of operation. The main transmission box incorporates a built-in abrasion-resistant guide rail, ensuring durability and easy maintenance. Additionally, the bed guide undergoes a specialized surface quenching treatment to boost wear resistance. Although the tool lacks a hydraulic clamping system, it is equipped with various safety protection devices. These include an emergency chain that halts operations during abnormal cutting strokes, an automatic feed and rapid tool post movement chain, and over-travel buffers at both bed ends, all designed to safeguard both operator and machine.
