The machine is composed of several critical components: the frame, roller system, movable crossbeam, pressing mechanism, cornering or guide roller mechanism, main transmission system, dry oil lubrication system, base, and electrical system. Each part is meticulously designed to ensure optimal performance and durability.
Constructed with a robust frame structure, the machine features a lower row of fixed working rollers on the base, and an upper row of working rollers mounted on a movable crossbeam. This crossbeam is capable of moving vertically and tilting to accommodate plates of various thicknesses. To guarantee precise leveling, both rows of working rollers are equipped with support rollers, ensuring consistency and accuracy.
