This specialized equipment is designed for the precision leveling of metal plates, including cold-rolled coils and uneven flat plates. It is highly effective for high-strength steel plates, carbon plates, stainless steel plates, aluminum plates, and other metal varieties. It finds extensive application in industries like metallurgy, shipbuilding, boilers, petroleum, chemicals, locomotives, bridges, metal structure machinery manufacturing, and decoration.
The equipment is comprised of several key components: the frame part, roller part, movable crossbeam, pressing mechanism, cornering mechanism or guide roller part, main transmission system, dry oil lubrication system, base part, and the electrical part.
The entire machine adopts a robust frame structure. The lower row of working rollers is fixed on the lower machine base, while the upper row is secured to a movable crossbeam. This crossbeam can move up and down and tilt at specific angles, catering to the leveling needs of plates with varying thicknesses. To guarantee exceptional leveling accuracy, both upper and lower working rollers come equipped with support rollers.
