Machine features:
Our machine tools boast a remarkable degree of electrification and automation. Features include automatic clamping of sheet material, automatic feeding, and tool lifting during the planing process, as well as automatic reversing of the cutting stroke. These innovations significantly reduce operator labor intensity and boost production efficiency. Control buttons and operating handles for each machine movement are centralized for ease of operation. The main transmission box guide rail utilizes a built-in structure, renowned for its abrasion resistance and ease of maintenance. Special surface quenching treatments on the bed guide enhance wear resistance. Although the machine tool currently lacks a hydraulic clamping system, it is equipped with various safety protection devices. These include chains that halt immediately during abnormal cutting strokes, chains for automatic feed and rapid tool post movement, and overtravel buffers at both ends of the machine bed, ensuring utmost safety for both operator and machine.
