Product Features :
1.This machine is a hydraulic three-roll rolling machine used to roll steel plates into cylindrical, conical, and corrected circular shapes.
2.The upper roller can move both vertically and horizontally.
3.During pre-rolling, the upper roller achieves asymmetrical positioning relative to the lower roller through horizontal movement.
4.For conical rolling, the upper roll tilts at both ends to complete the rolling of the cone.
5.In circular correction, the upper roll is positioned in the center to press and roll the stress zone of the cylinder, eliminating welding stress and improving the roundness of the cylinder.
6.During rolling, the lower rolls are driven by an electric motor and gearbox to provide torque for the rolling of the cylinder.
7.Key technical parameters: (taking a plate with a yield strength of 245Mpa, thickness of 30/100/150mm, and width of 3000mm as an example).

1.This machine is a fully hydraulic CNC dual-drive four-roll plate rolling machine, capable of rolling metal sheets into cylindrical, arc, and conical workpieces. It can simultaneously satisfy processes such as pre-rolling , rolling, circular correction, and conical rolling. The machine can complete the pre-rolling and rolling of the ends of the sheet metal without the need for auxiliary devices, and it leaves minimal straight edges.

The warranty period is 12 months, calculated from the date of successful installation and trial operation.
The equipment provided by the seller is new and unused. The performance of the equipment, after installation, debugging, and operation complies with the relevant national standards or stipulated in the agreement between the parties.
The seller shall provide relevant technical support within 2 hours upon receiving a phone call from the buyer. In the event that the buyer is unable to resolve the issue independently, the seller will conduct troubleshooting at the within 24 hours in sellers' country . Parts identified as quality-related issues during the warranty period will be replaced free of charge.
We have professional technician team and we could offer installation and training in customers' factory , just charge for reasonable labor fee .
