The Precision Metal Forming Machine with CNC Control and 7PCS Rolls is specialized equipment designed for the precise leveling of metal plates. It masterfully handles the leveling of cold-rolled coils and uneven flat plates, including high-strength steel plates, carbon plates, stainless steel plates, aluminum plates, and more. This versatile machine finds its applications across a plethora of industries such as metallurgy, shipbuilding, boilers, petroleum, chemicals, locomotives, bridges, metal structure machinery manufacturing, and decoration.
The equipment is robustly constructed, featuring essential components such as the frame part, roller part, movable crossbeam, pressing mechanism, cornering mechanism or guide roller part, main transmission system, dry oil lubrication system, base part, and electrical part. Each component is meticulously designed to ensure seamless operation and longevity.
This sophisticated machine adopts a frame structure with the lower set of working rollers fixed on the lower machine base and the upper set on the movable crossbeam. The innovative design allows the crossbeam to move vertically and tilt at specific angles to accommodate plates of varying thicknesses. To guarantee unrivaled leveling precision, both upper and lower working rollers are supported by additional backup rollers.
