Our Heavy Duty Metal Sheet Leveling and Cutting Machine with CNC Control System effectively handles cold-rolled coils and uneven flat plates, including high-strength steel plates, carbon plates, stainless steel plates, aluminum plates, and other metal materials. It serves a wide range of industries such as metallurgy, shipbuilding, boilers, petroleum, chemicals, locomotives, bridges, metal structure machinery manufacturing, and decoration.
Our advanced equipment is meticulously constructed, comprising of a sturdy frame part, efficient roller part, movable crossbeam, robust pressing mechanism, cornering mechanism or guide roller part, powerful main transmission system, reliable dry oil lubrication system, solid base part, and a sophisticated electrical part.
The entire machine features a durable frame structure, with the lower row of working rollers securely fixed on the lower machine base and the upper row of working rollers attached to the movable crossbeam. The movable crossbeam has the flexibility to move up and down and tilt at specific angles, ensuring it can handle plates of varying thicknesses with precision. For optimal leveling accuracy, both the upper and lower rows of working rollers are enhanced with support rollers.
Friendly reminder: Equipment working hours are designed for maximum productivity, operating 26 days per month with three shifts per day.
