Automatic clamping, feeding, and tool lifting during the planing process, together with automatic stroke reversal, significantly reduce operator labor intensity while boosting production efficiency. Control buttons and operating handles are centrally located for ease of use. The main transmission box features an abrasion-resistant built-in guide rail, ensuring durability and simple maintenance. The bed guide undergoes specialized surface quenching to enhance wear resistance. Although this model lacks a hydraulic clamping system, it includes multiple safety devices: a chain that halts the machine immediately during abnormal cutting strokes, automatic feed and rapid tool post movement, and over-travel buffers at both ends of the machine bed. These elements collectively ensure the utmost safety for both the operator and the machinery.
