Classified into cold, hot, and warm rolling based on temperature, this cutting-edge machine transforms metal sheets of specified thickness into cylindrical, arc, rectangular, or other custom curved shapes. It is an indispensable asset across various industries such as metallurgy, construction materials, petroleum, chemicals, hydropower, bridges, defense, coal, mining, shipbuilding, boilers, aviation, and electrical transmission and transformation manufacturing.

Equipped with advanced pre-bending and CNC rolling functionalities, the upper roller serves as the primary driving roller in this state-of-the-art machine. It handles the entire process-feeding the metal sheets, pre-bending ends, and rolling the workpiece-all in one go without needing to turn the sheet. The hydraulic motor on the upper roller, equipped with an instant brake, ensures precise stopping during bending and rolling. The hydraulically driven lower and side rollers are computer-controlled, with CRT displays enabling direct observation of roller displacement. This machine stands out for its ease of operation, user convenience, and exceptional efficiency.

Enhancing operational precision, the machine can automatically level with screen displays and a synchronous accuracy of ±0.2mm. The hydraulically driven tilting and resetting of the flipping bearing housing, combined with a balancing mechanism at the upper roller's tail, facilitate easy removal of rolled workpieces and cylinders. A movable independent operating platform offers flexible movement, while integrated safety interlock devices ensure optimal safety.

The oil cylinders for the lower and side rollers are strategically installed in the guide grooves of the left and right frames. Through reciprocating motion, these cylinders facilitate the vertical and tilting movements of the rollers, allowing for precise rolling of conical workpieces and effective correction and rounding. Additionally, a flipping bearing housing on the left frame, operated by a flipping oil cylinder, enables seamless interaction with the head of the upper roller. A balancing device at the tail of the upper roller ensures it remains balanced and elevated when the upper roller and tilting frame are open. The working roller's movement is meticulously guided by premium linear slide rails.

The machine's control is centralized on a sophisticated main operating console, ensuring seamless and intuitive operation.

Conical rolling demands stringent requirements, necessitating the roller shaft's ability to tilt under an unbalanced load, which pressures the bearings significantly. Self-aligning bearings channel this load into an axial mode, effectively mitigating folding impacts and enabling smooth, safe self-rotation.
