This innovative device is a specialized machine designed for the precise leveling of metal plates. It excels at handling cold-rolled coils and uneven flat plates, including high-strength steel, carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminum, and other metal types. The equipment is a masterpiece of engineering, comprising the frame part, roller part, movable crossbeam, pressing mechanism, cornering mechanism or guide roller part, main transmission system, dry oil lubrication system, base part, and electrical part.
This sophisticated machine employs a robust frame structure. The lower row of working rollers is securely fixed on the lower machine base, while the upper row is attached to a movable crossbeam. This crossbeam can move vertically and tilt at specific angles to accommodate different plate thicknesses. To ensure exceptional leveling accuracy, both the upper and lower working rollers are supported by additional rollers.
