The equipment is an intricate assembly comprising the frame part, roller part, movable crossbeam, pressing mechanism, cornering or guide roller part, main transmission system, dry oil lubrication system, base part, and electrical part.
Featuring a robust frame structure, the machine positions the lower row of working rollers on a fixed base, while the upper row is mounted on a movable crossbeam. The crossbeam's vertical and tilt movements adapt to varying plate thicknesses, ensuring optimal leveling accuracy. To further enhance precision, support rollers are fitted to both the upper and lower working rollers.
