4. The main components of the machine tool
The main functional parts and key parts of the machine tool have high quality, and imported or famous brand supporting products are adopted. Its structure consists of bed, table, gantry beam, slide, front ram milling power head, rear heavy duty milling head, chip removal system , cooling and guarding, lubrication systems, balancing systems, numerical control systems, electrical systems and other main components.

4.1. Bed, workbench, gantry beam
Machine tool bed, gantry beam, worktable, etc. are all welded structural parts, which are treated with overall annealing and stress relief, and the accuracy is stable. It has high mechanical and thermal stability. The components adopt thick-walled multi-ribbed structure and compact structure, which makes the machine tool have high rigidity.  The bed is distributed on the left and right sides of the workbench, and the gantry beam is located on the left and right bed body, and above the left and right bed are arranged two linear rolling guide pairs with high bearing capacity and a set of precision anti-backlash rack and pinion pairs. In order to drive the longitudinal movement of the gantry beam, the drive adopts AC servo motor double-sided synchronous drive to ensure that the machine tool has high positioning accuracy, repeated positioning accuracy and stability. The upper part is designed with a guard to protect the linear guide and rack and pinion. Adjustable bolts are distributed on the underside of the bed, which can easily adjust the level of the bed workbench.

The gantry beam sits on the left and right columns, forming a solid gantry frame structure with high rigidity and machinability. Two linear rolling guide pairs with ultra-high bearing capacity are installed on the front side of the gantry. And a set of precision ball screw pair and AC servo motor are installed above, so that the power head slide plate moves in the Y axis direction. A ram milling power head is installed on the skateboard, and the Y-direction drive uses a precision ball screw drive. When the ball screw is installed, it is pre-stretched to improve transmission rigidity and eliminate thermal expansion errors, ensuring high precision and stability. The movement of the gantry is realized by the servo motor driving the gear rotation through the precision reducer.

 
Two linear rolling guide pairs with ultra-high load-bearing capacity are installed on the rear side of the gantry. Two sets of precision ball screw pairs and AC servo motors are installed on the top to move the two heavy-duty milling head skateboards on the rear side in the Y axis direction.  A heavy-duty milling head is installed on each of the two skateboards, and the Y-direction drive uses a precision ball screw drive. When the ball screw is installed, it is pre-stretched to improve transmission rigidity and eliminate thermal expansion errors, ensuring high precision and stability.
The worktable is fixed and has been heat treated to remove stress, making it convenient to load and unload the workpiece. The worktable has a large bearing capacity, and the bearing capacity is 2~3 times that of ordinary CNC gantry milling machines. There are several T-slots on the work surface, which can be used to install special fixtures or directly clamp workpieces. A high load-bearing capacity anchor is used on the foot of the workbench, which can easily adjust the level of the bed and workbench.
Electric permanent magnet chucks are arranged on both sides of the worktable, which are used for adsorption clamping of workpieces, with an adsorption force of 14-18kg/cm². It can be easily moved and adjusted according to the different labors of the processed workpiece.
4.2. Slide
The slide has good rigidity, high precision and excellent performance. Moving along the beam constitutes a Y-direction feed movement. The support guide is distributed flat and vertical, making the force more reasonable. The servo motor installed on the gantry drives the ball rod to rotate to realize the feed movement, with high transmission accuracy and good stability.
4.3. Sliding ram milling power head
The ram adopts high-quality casting parts (HT300), which has good rigidity, high precision and excellent performance. The ram moves up and down along the slide to form a Z-axis movement. The guide rail is a square quenched-pasted guide rail pair, with high rigidity and good vibration absorption. The servo motor is above the slide, through the ball screw to drive the ram up and down movement, can withstand heavy cutting load, and the Z-axis motor with automatic holding brake function, in the case of power failure, the automatic holding brake will hold the motor shaft tightly, so that it can not rotate. The main drive of the machine tool is transmitted to the power head spindle by the spindle motor installed on the ram through the gearbox automatic shifting, with low speed and high torque and a wide constant power range. It can be cut at high speed and milled at low speed and heavy load. The milling power head spindle is equipped with BT50 type spindle, and the servo motor is adopted to make the spindle achieve stepless servo speed.
The ram is equipped with a hydraulic balance mechanism to prevent the spindle box from going down due to sudden power failure and other reasons, and ensure the movement stability of the spindle box and the safety of cutting use.
4.4. Rear heavy load milling head
The rear side of the beam is equipped with two 30KW vertical milling heads, using heavy-duty milling heads to ensure quality and precision, and the milling head power is 30KW.
4.5. Plate chain automatic chip conveyor and cooling device
This machine tool is equipped with flat chain automatic chip conveyor and chip collecting car, and the cooling device is cooled by external air, which can take away the heat generated by the processing process in time.
4.6. Automatic lubrication device and protective device
This machine tool is equipped with an automatic lubrication device, which can automatically lubricate the motion pairs such as guide rails and lead screws. Regularly pump the lubricating oil into the lubrication points such as the linear guide rail sub-slider, ball screw sub-wire mother and each rolling bearing of each component to lubricate it most fully and reliably, eliminating cumbersome manual operation and improving the service life of various parts. The X-axis and Y-axis of the machine tool are equipped with dust-proof protective covers, which can effectively prevent the erosion of guide rails, racks and screws by the splashing of iron filings, etc., and improve the service life.

1. Acceptance
