The equipment comprises a robust frame, roller mechanisms, a movable crossbeam, pressing unit, cornering mechanism or guide rollers, main transmission system, dry oil lubrication system, base structure, and an advanced electrical control system.
Constructed with a resilient frame structure, the machine features a lower row of fixed working rollers on the base and an upper row of adjustable working rollers on a movable crossbeam. This crossbeam moves vertically and tilts to accommodate varying plate thicknesses, ensuring impeccable leveling accuracy. Both roller rows are fortified with support rollers to maintain precision.
