Our specialized Explosive Composite High-Precision Stainless Steel Shearing Machine is engineered for the flawless leveling of metal plates. The equipment is meticulously crafted with key components including the frame, roller system, movable crossbeam, pressing mechanism, cornering or guide roller, primary transmission system, dry oil lubrication system, base, and electrical components.
Our innovative machine features a robust frame structure. The lower working rollers are securely fixed to the base, while the upper rollers are mounted on a movable crossbeam. This crossbeam can tilt and move vertically, adjusting to different plate thicknesses. To guarantee precision, both upper and lower working rollers are supported by additional rollers.
Friendly Reminder: Operating Hours - The equipment is designed to operate 26 days a month, with three shifts per day.

Research & Development
The Jiangsu Yizhong Industrial Design Institute, a subsidiary of Jiangsu Yizhong Machine Tool Co., Ltd., boasts a team of 6 professors, 4 doctoral students, 12 master's degree holders, and 16 senior engineers, along with 42 intermediate engineers. In collaboration with Shanghai Jiaotong University, we have established the SJTU-Yangzhou Industrial Design Institute. Together, we are working on the national 973# and 863# 10,000-ton Hydraulic Machine Robot project.

Our warranty period extends for 12 months, starting from the date of successful installation and initial trial operation.
All equipment provided by the seller is brand new and unused. Post-installation, debugging, and operational performance of the equipment adheres strictly to relevant national standards. or as stated in the agreement between the parties involved.
Upon receiving a service call from the buyer, the seller will provide pertinent technical support within 2 hours. If the buyer cannot resolve the issue independently, the seller will ensure troubleshooting within 24 hours in the seller's' country. Any parts deemed to have quality-related issues during the warranty period will be replaced at no additional charge.
