- It adopts the internationally popular inverted T-shaped moving column integral bed structure, which has the advantages of high rigidity, good stability, and easy protection.
- The main castings are made of high-grade high-quality cast iron, resin sand molding, and undergo secondary aging treatment after rough machining to ensure the stability of accuracy.
- Fully enclosed protection design, double-sided spiral chip removal structure, equipped with a large-capacity cutting fluid tank and a convenient machine cleaning air gun, optional chain plate chip removal lifting device and chip storage car.
- The standard BT50 annular spray spindle is equipped with an air curtain protection device to completely avoid the penetration of cutting fluid and dust; the spindle sleeve is cooled by circulating oil to ensure spindle accuracy and extend service life.
- The fast and reliable Computer Aided Manufacturing (CAM) manipulator tool changing mechanism has a standard configuration of 30 tools and an optional 40-tool chain tool magazine. The cutterheads all adopt a two-way nearest tool selection method, and the operation is fast, stable and reliable.

The equipment provided by the seller is new and unused. The performance of the equipment, after installation, debugging, and operation complies with the relevant national standards or stipulated in the agreement between the parties.
The seller shall provide relevant technical support within 2 hours upon receiving a phone call from the buyer. In the event that the buyer is unable to resolve the issue independently, the seller will conduct troubleshooting at the within 24 hours in sellers' country . Parts identified as quality-related issues during the warranty period will be replaced free of charge.
