All equipment provided by the seller is guaranteed to be brand-new and unused. Upon installation, debugging, and operation, the equipment's performance will adhere to the relevant national standards or the specifications agreed upon by both parties.
The seller commits to providing relevant technical support within 2 hours of receiving a call from the buyer. Should the buyer be unable to independently resolve the issue, the seller will undertake troubleshooting within 24 hours in the seller's country. Any parts identified as having quality-related issues during the warranty period will be replaced at no cost.
