Product Description

W11XNC series large micro control full hydraulic three-roll horizontal adjustment plate rolling machine, used to complete the boiler pressure vessel cylinder body, cone winding, calibration. It is used for winding and rounding of large thick wall pressure equipment, chemical pressure vessels and other products.

The upper roller can be raised and lowered vertically, and the two lower rollers can move horizontally respectively.

Each of the three work rollers is driven by a hydraulic motor to provide winding torque for the rolling sheet. The rolling speed is automatically controlled by the hydraulic system, which ADAPTS to the process requirements of thick plate and hot rolling.

The center distance of two rolls can be adjusted to improve the rolling process range of the plate rolling machine.

The overturning side main cylinder adopts the lower type, the overturning frame is smaller, and the cone Angle of the winding cone is wide.

The horizontal down rolling machine has the advantages of small volume, light weight, compact structure, small footprint, high transfer efficiency, strong environmental adaptability and so on.
