Feature 3: After introducing and improving the wear-resisting technology of German machine tool guide, our company composite SF wear-resisting and high temperature resistant material on the contact adjusting plate with guide rail.
1. Headstock
Machine tool spindle all adopt resin sand modeling of high strength casting iron parts, with strong rigidity, convenient speed control, no block, the use of mechanical and electrical integration technology, frequency control, reduce the strength and skills of the simple operator, to achieve man-machine combination and other functions.
Ii. Machine tool structure and guide rail:
Machine structure using HT250 resin sand molding structure of cast iron or welded steel structure, the selection of steel plate welding, the body of the whole annealing, stress elimination, the bed after rough machining, secondary aging vibration, and then finishing. Feature 4: The front of the mobile trolley is equipped with brushes to clean the tiny iron filings and dust on the guide rail in time. There are no iron filings and dust on the rails, avoiding the hair pulling of the rails.
Feature 5: The sports skateboard is manually scraped after fine grinding, which is convenient for the contact surface to be rich in a certain amount of oil when moving, so as to achieve full lubrication and ensure the accuracy of the planing workpiece.
Feature 6: Hydraulic pressing and manual pressing are equipped with manual pressing, which is convenient for sheet pressing. Due to the poor flatness of the sheet during the opening process, the manual feed works well with hydraulic pressing.
Feature 7: Implement frequency conversion speed regulation: choose different cutting speed ranges for different materials and different plate thicknesses. It has a good protective effect on the use of machine tools.
Feature 8: The machine tool has a high degree of automation, such as the automatic clamping of sheet metal, the automatic feeding in the planing process, the automatic tool lifting and the automatic commutation cycle of the cutting stroke are all electrically controlled and completed automatically.
First, the headstock box
The main headbox of the machine tool adopts high-strength iron castings shaped by resin sand, and the transmission gear and transmission shaft are made of high-quality carbon structural steel, which has strong rigidity. Walking speed regulation is convenient, no blockage, using mechatronics technology, frequency conversion speed regulation, reducing the strength and skills of simple operators, and realizing man-machine combination and other functions.
Second, the structure of the machine tool and the guide rail
The machine structure has sufficient rigidity, the planing mechanism runs smoothly and reliably, and there is no jitter phenomenon during tool holder clamping and planing processing. The guide rail of the machine tool adopts the overall grinding process of the upper guide rail grinding after quenching to ensure the wear resistance and overall accuracy of the guide rail and meet the accuracy requirements of the machine tool. The outer surface of the planer is spray painted to prevent corrosion to ensure that there are no pinholes, bubbles, cracks, falling off and other defects. The equipment has enough access space. Safety guards are installed to comply with safety regulations.
Third, the upper gantry and oil pump system
The upper pressure device, using the most advanced design and manufacturing technology, the arc structure is selected, after the stress diffusion, 9 oil cylinders and 8 mechanical clamping devices are installed to achieve automatic and manual functions to improve the reliability and safety of the equipment, and the transmission screw tempering treatment enhances the strength and rigidity of the screw.
The hydraulic system of the machine tool includes the hydraulic station, the hydraulic piping system and the cylinder system. It has the functions of safety, environmental protection and energy saving. All seals, hydraulic pumps, cylinders, oil valves and pipelines in the hydraulic system are made of first-class brand products. The hydraulic pipeline is neatly arranged, firm and reasonable, which is convenient for maintenance. The hydraulic system has good sealing and dust-proof devices; The oil has a good filtration device; Prevent accidents caused by loose workpieces, and at the same time equipped with manual pressing mechanism as auxiliary pressing and safety protection.
The transmission mechanism of the bed guide, main transmission box and feed box are all automatically lubricated by centralized pressure. After the equipment starts, the lubricating oil plunger pump continuously guides the rail to fill oil, and when the oil tank is short of oil, it will automatically alarm and the host will stop working.
Protective measures such as scraping iron filings are installed on both sides of the contact part between the transmission box and the guide rail to avoid iron filings from being injured.
The whole machine adapts to the ambient temperature: it can work normally in the range of -5 °C ~ +50 °C, and it will not cause damage to the equipment when parked in the range of -5 °C ~ +50 °C.
4. Electrical control
The electrical control system adopts imported PLC controller, adopts mechatronics design concept, all equipped with automatic, manual horizontal and vertical feeding, alarm and other functions, automatic and manual coexistence functions, to achieve man-machine combination, so as to facilitate operation.
The electrical system has independent strong current electrical control cabinet, weak current control cabinet and control console, machine work indicator and machine fault indicator and working mode selection switch and related buttons. The control cabinet shell, auxiliary electrical equipment, equipment body, etc. have reliable grounding protection, and each grounding point is not connected in series.
The motor and reducer run smoothly when starting, stopping and reversing, reducing the phenomenon of excessive motor temperature due to frequent starting.
All cables are reliably insulated and protected against external forces, the places where there is friction with metal parts are not exposed, and the cable bracket is moisture-proof.
The equipment has reached the advanced level of similar equipment in electrical control. The control buttons and operating handles of each major motion mechanism are concentrated for easy operation. Audible and visual alarm for equipment failure.

9. Lubrication, safety, environmental protection and energy saving
After the equipment starts, the lubricating oil plunger pump will continuously guide the rail to fill oil, when the oil tank is short of oil, it will automatically alarm and the host will stop working.
The addition of ground oil tank strengthens the recovery of lubricating oil, and can be automatically filtered for repeated lubrication, which meets the requirements of energy saving and emission reduction.
Both sides of the table are equipped with stroke limits (the limit of the width of the processing plate, the limit of the processing limit). The main motor has an overload protection device, which will automatically stop when overloaded.
10. Acceptance
1. Acceptance criteria: The acceptance shall be carried out by the buyer and seller in accordance with the contract agreement, the terms of the technical agreement and the current national standards.
2. Acceptance method: divided into two times. After the first goods are manufactured, they will be shipped after acceptance by the seller; The second time, after the installation of the goods, the buyer and seller jointly carry out trial operation and final acceptance, and the buyer and seller sign the acceptance report, and the acceptance report takes effect after being signed by both parties. If the final acceptance of the equipment is not signed and confirmed by both parties, Party A shall not start and use it, otherwise it will be deemed to be qualified for final acceptance.
11. Training and technical services
The Seller conducts training for the Buyer's operation and maintenance personnel to ensure that the planing machine is functioning properly and repaired correctly. During the training, the seller will assign experienced technicians to give technical guidance, responsible for explaining the technical problems related to the planer, so that the trainees can understand the operating principle of the planer, master the technical performance of the planer, as well as the operation, repair, maintenance, Methods and techniques for testing and debugging.
All customers who purchase machine tools must undergo relevant operation, use and maintenance training before using our machine tools, and only after passing the training can they be officially used.
XII. Quality Assurance and Warranty
(1) From the date of acceptance and delivery of the planing machine, 12 months is the warranty period, and the warranty period is calculated from the date of installation and trial operation or 18 months is the warranty period, and the two are subject to the first date.
(2) During the warranty period, if the buyer operates and uses according to the instruction manual and training methods provided by the seller, and the failure of the equipment is a quality problem caused by manufacturing, installation, etc., the seller repairs the equipment free of charge in the shortest time and restores the normal use of the equipment; If the failure of the equipment is caused solely by improper use by the buyer, the seller is obliged to repair the equipment in the shortest possible time and may charge the buyer the cost at its discretion.
