The equipment features an intricate assembly comprising the frame, roller system, movable crossbeam, pressing mechanism, cornering or guide roller system, main transmission, dry oil lubrication system, base, and an advanced electrical control unit.
Engineered with precision, the machine incorporates a robust frame structure. The lower row of working rollers is securely fixed to the machine base, while the upper row resides on a movable crossbeam. This crossbeam can adjust its position to accommodate plates of varying thickness. For unparalleled leveling accuracy, both roller rows are outfitted with supportive rollers.

Research & Development
Jiangsu Yizhong Industrial Design Institute, a branch of Jiangsu Yizhong Machine Tool Co., Ltd, boasts a powerful team comprising 6 professors, 4 doctoral students, 12 masters, 16 senior engineers, and 42 intermediate engineers. In collaboration with Shanghai's Jiaotong University, they have established the SJTU-Yangzhou Industrial Design Institute. Together, they are working on our national 973# and 863# 10,000-ton Hydraulic Machine Robot Project.

The warranty period is 12 months, calculated from the date of successful installation and trial operation.
The equipment provided by the seller is new and unused. The performance of the equipment, after installation, debugging, and operation complies with the relevant national standards or stipulated in the agreement between the parties.
The seller shall provide relevant technical support within 2 hours upon receiving a phone call from the buyer. In the event that the buyer is unable to resolve the issue independently, the seller will conduct troubleshooting within 24 hours in the seller's country.Parts identified as quality-related issues during the warranty period will be replaced free of charge.
