The oil cylinders dedicated to the lower and side rollers are expertly installed within the guide grooves of the left and right frames. The four-roller rolling machine is driven by the upper roller (as shown in the diagram below): the upper roller serves as the driving roller, independently powered by a hydraulic motor directly coupled to a high-power planetary gearbox (linear coupling), without intermediate gear transmission. This is the most energy-efficient driving method. The hydraulic motor is equipped with an instant brake, ensuring accurate cessation of roller rotation in the pre-bending state.

These bearings effectively counteract the pressure from shaft misalignment during roller shaft rotation. This design ensures each shaft moves freely and flexibly, minimizing the risk of scratches and cracks on the rollers. The internal configuration of these self-aligning bearings allows them to endure roller shaft misalignment and tilt. Under fixed outer cover forces, this adaptive mobility prevents damage to the roller shaft from reverse forces.

The advantages of these bearings are numerous. Regardless of the roller shaft's deviation, it can smoothly and safely move along the shaft's inclination and return to its original position. Conical rolling demands more stringent criteria, necessitating the roller shaft's ability to tilt, which imposes an unbalanced load on the shaft. This pressure is managed by self-aligning bearings, directing the load into an axial mode. This effectively controls the impact of folding, ensuring smooth and safe self-rotation. 3.3.1Hydraulic system

The machine system is designed with an independent hydraulic circuit, featuring two main functions. One segment serves as the main drive, powering the upper and lower working rollers. The auxiliary drive facilitates the lifting and lowering of the lower and side working rollers and powers the tilting frame.
