The Precision Metal Forming and Straightening Machine with CNC Control System is an advanced solution for leveling metal plates. Designed for industries including metallurgy, shipbuilding, boilers, petroleum, chemicals, locomotives, bridges, metal structure machinery manufacturing, and decoration, it efficiently levels cold-rolled coils and uneven flat plates. The machine is compatible with high-strength steel plates, carbon plates, stainless steel plates, aluminum plates, and other metal sheets.

This robust equipment features numerous components such as the frame part, roller part, movable crossbeam, pressing mechanism, cornering mechanism or guide roller part, main transmission system, dry oil lubrication system, base part, and electrical part.

The entire machine utilizes a frame structure, ensuring maximum stability. The lower row of working rollers is fixed on the lower machine base, while the upper row of rollers is fixed on a movable crossbeam. This crossbeam can move vertically and tilt at specific angles, accommodating plates of varying thicknesses. To guarantee superior leveling accuracy, both the upper and lower rows of working rollers are equipped with support rollers.
