Machine tool acceptance and debugging
1. Basis for acceptance:
1) "Horizontal CNC Lathe Accuracy Inspection" GB/T16462-1996;
2) "Technical Conditions for Horizontal CNC Lathes" JB/T4368.3-96;
3) General standards for metal cutting machine tools;
4) Supplier's factory inspection documents;
5) Acceptance of the content specified in this article.
2. Machine tool acceptance
1) The above acceptance is based on the supplier passing the self-inspection and notifying the purchaser to go to the supplier's site for pre-acceptance. (The buyer can also entrust the service technical engineer of the supplier's marketing department to conduct pre-acceptance on behalf of the buyer.)
2) Acceptance of machine tool specifications and main configurations shall be deemed to be in compliance with the provisions of this article.
3) Inspect the static accuracy based on the factory certificate provided by the supplier. Generally the required measuring tools are the responsibility of the supplier.
4) Acceptance of the electrical action of the machine tool shall be deemed as qualified if it runs without failure for 4 hours.
5) Acceptance of the actual agreed workpieces to be processed: The content is to process the parts according to the part drawings provided by the purchaser, and confirm whether the accuracy meets the requirements. The tools and materials required for trial cutting are brought by the purchaser, and the purchaser is responsible for the inspection of processed parts. After the above items pass the inspection, both parties will sign the pre-acceptance minutes, and the machine tool will pass the pre-acceptance.
3. Final acceptance of machine tools
1) Installation and debugging: After the machine tool arrives at the buyer, unloading, unpacking, making the foundation, hoisting it into place, preparing electricity, air sources and coolant, etc., are ready, the buyer will send a fax to notify the supplier's marketing department. , after receiving the fax, the supplier will send debugging personnel to arrive at the demander's site within 1-3 days for equipment debugging and final acceptance.
2) According to the machine tool packing list, both parties will jointly check the random documents and accessories, and those that comply with the machine tool packing list and the content agreed in this article will be deemed qualified.
3) Acceptance of machine tool specifications and main configurations: compliance with the content agreed in this article and the pre-acceptance minutes will be deemed as qualified.
4) Machine tool adjustment level: It must meet the requirements of the machine tool instruction manual to be qualified.
5) Machine tool electrical action acceptance: It is qualified if it runs without failure for 4 hours.
6) Actual agreement on acceptance of processed workpieces: Process qualified products according to drawings and produce continuously for one working day.
After the above items pass the inspection, both parties sign the final acceptance minutes, the machine tool is debugged, and the final acceptance is passed.
