3. The characteristics of the equipment

This equipment is a workbench mobile structure, mainly composed of bed base, mobile workbench, left and right moving column, CNC horizontal boring and milling power head, cooling device, hydraulic system, centralized lubrication system, chip removal device, electrical system, CNC system, disc tool magazine, etc.
The bed base, workbench, column, headstock and other large parts are made of high-strength cast iron HT300 material cast by German resin sand production line, which is treated with artificial aging heat treatment and annealing to eliminate internal stress. Using finite element analysis, the static and dynamic performance of the machine tool is effectively predicted and optimized, so that the performance of the machine tool is effectively guaranteed, and it has a high performance-price ratio.
3.1 Bed base:
The bed base adopts special rib plate arrangement, and the structure is compact, so that the machine tool has high rigidity. After artificial aging heat treatment, annealing stress removal
treatment, eliminate internal stress, dynamic and static rigidity is good. Two linear roller guide pairs with ultra-high bearing capacity and precision heavy-duty ball screw pairs are arranged on the plane of the bed, and the drive is driven by servo motors through precision planetary reducers. It is used to do X-direction motion feed in the table. The lead screw is pre-stretched during installation, eliminating the gap and high transmission accuracy. Adjustable bolts are distributed on the underside of the bed base to easily adjust the level of the bed worktop.

3.2 Mobile Workbench:
The table guide rail pair adopts heavy-duty linear roller guide pair, which has small changes in dynamic and static friction, high sensitivity of the table, small high-speed vibration, no crawling at low speed, high positioning accuracy and excellent servo drive performance; At the same time, the bearing capacity is large, the cutting vibration resistance is good, which can improve the characteristics of the machine tool, improve the accuracy and precision stability of the machine tool, and extend the service life of the machine tool.  Several T-grooves are machined on the work surface, which can be used to install special fixtures or directly clamp the workpiece.

3.3 Move the column left and right
The left and right moving column adopts thick-walled multi-ribbed structure, compact structure, so that the machine tool has high rigidity, and is annealed to stress relieve.
