The equipment is meticulously composed of several vital parts: the frame part, roller part, movable crossbeam, pressing mechanism, cornering mechanism or guide roller part, main transmission system, dry oil lubrication system, base part, and electrical part. Each component is designed to enhance the overall efficiency and precision of the machine.

Our machine boasts an advanced frame structure. The lower row of working rollers is fixed on the lower machine base, while the upper row is secured on the movable crossbeam. This crossbeam can conveniently move up and down and tilt at specific angles, accommodating the leveling of plates with varying thicknesses. To guarantee impeccable leveling accuracy, both upper and lower rows of working rollers are equipped with supplementary support rollers.
