Our state-of-the-art machine comprises multiple critical parts: the sturdy frame, precision rollers, a movable crossbeam, pressing mechanism, cornering mechanism or guide roller, main transmission system, advanced dry oil lubrication system, robust base, and a sophisticated electrical system.
Engineered for precision, our machine features a frame structure where the lower row of working rollers is fixed on the base, and the upper row is mounted on a movable crossbeam. This crossbeam can move vertically and tilt to accommodate various plate thicknesses. To achieve impeccable leveling accuracy, the upper and lower working rollers are reinforced with support rollers.
