This state-of-the-art device is a specialized solution for leveling metal plates, perfect for handling cold-rolled coils and uneven flat plates. Ideal for high-strength steel plates, carbon plates, stainless steel plates, aluminum plates, and various other metal plates, it serves critical industries such as metallurgy, shipbuilding, boilers, petroleum, chemicals, locomotives, bridges, metal structure machinery manufacturing, and decoration.

The equipment is meticulously engineered with essential components including the frame part, roller part, movable crossbeam, pressing mechanism, cornering mechanism or guide roller part, main transmission system, dry oil lubrication system, base part, and electrical part.

Our machine features a robust frame structure where the lower row of working rollers is secured on the lower machine base, while the upper row is mounted on a movable crossbeam. This crossbeam can seamlessly move up and down, as well as tilt at various angles, to accommodate the leveling of plates with different thicknesses. To ensure unparalleled leveling accuracy, both the upper and lower rows of working rollers are equipped with precision support rollers.

The seller commits to providing technical support within 2 hours upon receiving a phone call from the buyer. If the buyer cannot resolve the issue independently, the seller will initiate troubleshooting within 24 hours in the seller's' country. Parts identified as having quality-related issues within the warranty period will be replaced at no cost.
