Machine Features:
The machine boasts a high degree of electrification and automation, incorporating advanced functionalities like automatic sheet material clamping, automated feeding, and tool lifting during the planing process, along with automatic stroke reversing. These features significantly reduce operator labor intensity while boosting production efficiency. The control buttons and operating handles are intuitively centralized for effortless operation. The guide rail of the main transmission box features a built-in structure, renowned for its abrasion resistance and ease of maintenance. The bed guide undergoes special surface quenching treatment to remarkably enhance wear resistance. However, the machine tool currently lacks a hydraulic clamping system. Various safety mechanisms are integrated, such as an emergency stop chain for abnormal cutting strokes, a chain for automatic feed and rapid tool post movement, and an overtravel buffer at both ends of the machine bed, ensuring utmost safety for both the operator and the machine.
