Multi-roll levelling machine is a special equipment for levelling sheet metal and strip. It is used for levelling uneven sheet metal in cold state. It can be used as a part of various rolling mills, strip products uncoiling levelling and shearing, steel plate pretreatment production line, and can be used together with other equipment or alone. The machine adopts split frame structure, the lower work roller is fixed on the lower base, the upper work roller is fixed on the movable beam, the movable beam can move up and down and tilt according to a certain Angle, in order to adapt to the leveling of different thickness of the board, in order to ensure the leveling accuracy, the upper and lower work roller are provided with support rolls.The upper and lower two rows of work rollers are all active rollers, and adopt the integrated planetary deceleration multi-drive form, and the structure is compact.
