This specialized equipment is engineered for the meticulous leveling of metal plates. It is adept at handling cold-rolled coils and uneven flat plates, including high-strength steel plates, carbon plates, stainless steel plates, aluminum plates, and other metal varieties. The equipment is composed of several integral components: the frame part, roller part, movable crossbeam, pressing mechanism, cornering mechanism or guide roller part, main transmission system, dry oil lubrication system, base part, and electrical part. Each of these components plays a crucial role in ensuring the machine operates with precision and efficiency.
The entire machine is designed with a robust frame structure. The lower row of working rollers is securely fixed on the lower machine base, while the upper row of working rollers is mounted on a movable crossbeam. This crossbeam has the capability to move up and down and tilt at specific angles, accommodating the leveling of plates with varying thicknesses. To guarantee superior leveling accuracy, both the upper and lower rows of working rollers are supported by auxiliary rollers.
