Second, the main components of the machine tool
The main functional parts and key parts of the machine tool have high quality, and imported or famous brand supporting products are adopted.
Its structure consists of bed, workbench, column, gantry frame, cross slide, ram drilling power head, lubrication system and protection device, chip removal system, circulating cooling device, hydraulic balance system, electrical system , CNC system, disc tool magazine and other main components.
2.1: Bed - workbench
2.1.1: The bed and workbench are cast by high-strength cast iron material and resin process. The bed adopts a special rib plate arrangement to improve the rigidity and strength of the bed.
2.1.2: The bed-table guide pair adopts a three-row roller linear rolling guide pair, which has small dynamic and static friction changes, high sensitivity of the workbench, small high-speed vibration, no crawling at low speed, high positioning accuracy, and excellent servo drive performance; At the same time, the bearing capacity is large, the cutting vibration resistance is good, which can improve the characteristics of the machine tool, improve the accuracy and precision stability of the machine tool, and extend the service life of the machine tool.
2.1.3: The X-axis drive adopts AC servo motor through synchronous belt transmission and ball screw auxiliary drive to achieve X-direction feed.

2.2: Beams
2.2.1: In order to meet the heavy-load cutting of the machine tool, the beam adopts two stepwise distribution roller guide structures, which will make the Y-axis guide rail have sufficient bending stiffness and torsional rigidity, and make the Y-axis guide rail have a long enough precision retention. It has the characteristics of small vibration at high speed, no crawling at low speed, high sensitivity of Y-axis drag plate, high positioning accuracy and excellent servo drive performance; At the same time, the bearing capacity is large, and the cutting vibration resistance is good.
2.2.2: The Y-axis adopts AC servo motor to directly drive the high-precision ball screw nut pair to realize the lateral movement of the Y-axis drag plate.
2.3: Y-axis drag plate and ram type drilling power head
2.3.1: T-shaped ram - Y-axis drag plate guide pair adopts sliding guide pair to achieve high precision retention and cutting vibration resistance. The stroke is 1000mm, and the Z-axis guide rail pair is a sliding guide rail pair, which adopts the form of guide rail quenching and pasting
2.3.2: The Z-axis AC servo motor is directly connected to the ball screw pair to realize the up and down movement of the ram.
2.3.3: The Y-axis drag plate is equipped with two single-acting hydraulic balancing cylinders of hydraulic balancing device, which is used to balance the weight of the ram and the main gearbox to reduce the no-load torque of the ball screw, reduce the wear of the ball screw, and maintain the precision stability of the ball screw. The Z-axis ball screw and spindle are located in the center of the Y-axis drag plate, which will not cause uneven force and thermal deformation displacement caused by offset.
2.3.4: The ram type drilling power head spindle bearing adopts the bearing of the Japanese company NSK, grease lubricated. The use of group bearings makes the spindle have high precision, high load and low temperature rise, which can not only withstand large power and high torque cutting, but also have high spindle accuracy and life. The center of the spindle is located in the center of the Z-axis ram guide for optimal rigidity and stability.
2.3.5: The spindle end is equipped with a high-pressure blower for cleaning iron filings.
2.4: Lubrication systems and guards
This machine tool is equipped with an automatic lubrication device, which can carry out regular and quantitative automatic lubrication of the motion pairs such as guide rails and lead screws. The centralized lubrication system has alarm functions such as oil shortage and low pressure, and each shaft guide rail has a lubricating oil recovery groove for centralized collection.
The X axis and Y axis of the machine tool are equipped with stainless steel dust-proof protective covers to prevent iron filings and coolant from entering the inside of the machine tool, so that the guide rail and lead screw are protected from corrosion, and waterproof splash iron chip baffles are installed around the table.
2.5: Hydraulic balancing system
The machine is equipped with a hydraulic balancing system to maintain the dynamic balance of the slide table and the hydraulic clamping of the tool.

The iron filings in the processing area of the table can be transported to the iron chip lifting device in front of the bed by the screw chip conveyors on both sides of the bed, and then transported to the trolley by the chain chip lifting device on the front side.
2.6: Circulating cooling
The machine is equipped with a circulating cooling device paper tape filter, the filtration accuracy is ≤ 25μm, and there are high-pressure internal cooling pump and low-pressure external cooling pump respectively for the internal and external cooling of the tool. The paper belt filter has a water level monitoring function and can be interlocked with the spindle to ensure the normal use of the tool and spindle.
2.8: Electrical Systems

2.9: CNC system and operation station

The machine has a chip breaking function, which can set the chip breaking time and chip breaking cycle on the man-machine interface. After setting the position, when the drill bit fast forward contact the workpiece, it will automatically switch to the working feed, and when the drill bit drills through the workpiece, it can automatically switch to fast rewind to realize the automatic feed cycle, and the working feed speed is set by numerical control. The machine tool requires an electronic handwheel operation function, when the first hole is drilled to set the feed position, drilling the remaining holes of the same kind can realize the fast forward→ work → fast retreat program. And it also has automatic chip breaking, chip removal, pause, drill bit protection function, power-off memory function, etc.
2.10: Disc tool changer
