This device is specialized equipment designed for leveling metal plates. It is particularly effective for leveling cold-rolled coils and uneven flat plates, including high-strength steel plates, carbon plates, stainless steel plates, aluminum plates, and other metal types. The equipment is composed of several critical parts: the frame, roller system, movable crossbeam, pressing mechanism, cornering or guide roller part, main transmission system, dry oil lubrication system, base, and electrical components.
Constructed with a robust frame structure, the machine features a lower row of working rollers fixed on the base and an upper row fixed on a movable crossbeam. The crossbeam is capable of moving up and down and tilting at specific angles to accommodate the leveling of plates with varying thicknesses. Both the upper and lower rows of working rollers are equipped with support rollers to ensure high precision in leveling.
