Product Description

Performance Characteristics:

The major castings are made of high-strength HT300 ductile cast iron with resin sand molding and a rational rib structure. The broad base and rail have excellent rigidity and strong stability. Additionally, after complete annealing treatment, residual internal stress is eliminated, ensuring long-term dimensional stability.
 
X, Y, and Z axes are equipped with 35# roller linear guides, coupled with automatic forced lubrication to reduce friction resistance during feed motion, minimizing low-speed creeping and enhancing machine precision and lifespan.
 
X, Y, and Z axis feeds employ high-precision and high-strength C3 (3212) class ball screws with large pitch, enabling high feed rates. Servo motors are directly coupled to the ball screws via flexible couplings, ensuring power transmission to the high-precision ball screws. Pre-tensioning is applied to reduce thermal deformation and maintain machine positioning accuracy.

The spindle unit is manufactured by a professional Taiwanese company, boasting high precision and rigidity. P4-grade specialized bearings are used for the spindle assembly. After assembly under constant temperature conditions, the entire spindle set undergoes dynamic balance correction and running-in tests, enhancing the lifespan and reliability of the spindle unit. The spindle achieves stepless speed regulation within its speed range, controlled by a motor-integrated encoder for rigid tapping functionality.
Constant temperature oil cooling (optional) maintains stable operation of the spindle housing and bearings at low temperatures, extending spindle lifespan.

 All machines undergo 100% Renishaw laser calibration for three-axis backlash accuracy, with positioning accuracy at 0.005/300mm and repeatability at 0.003/300mm.

Rigorous static/dynamic testing of double ball-circle ensures the accuracy and surface finish of curved surfaces during three-axis cutting.
 
Leak test and work cutting test ensure stable machine quality upon delivery.
 
Dust-proof and chip-proof telescopic covers encase the three-axis rails to protect against wear from chips and cutting fluid splashes.
 
Equipped with a high-performance, high-reliability high-speed microprocessor CNC system featuring functions such as tool trajectory dynamic simulation, intelligent warning display, and self-diagnosis. Multi-segment lookahead control is particularly suitable for high-speed, large-capacity program processing. Standard configuration includes USB transmission and DNC mode for efficient transfer and online processing of large programs.
 
Fully enclosed sheet metal covers ensure cleanliness and safety in the work area.
 
Advanced automatic lubrication oil pump with centralized automatic lubrication design provides timed and quantified lubrication to the guide rails and ball screws, with aluminum oil pipes for durability and reliability.
 
Precision positioning inspection is conducted in strict accordance with German standard VDI 3441, with three cycles of full stroke reciprocating motion to ensure product positioning accuracy based on statistical data.

The warranty period is 12 months, calculated from the date of successful installation and trial operation.

The equipment provided by the seller is new and unused. The performance of the equipment, after installation, debugging, and operation complies with the relevant national standards or stipulated in the agreement between the parties.

The seller shall provide relevant technical support within 2 hours upon receiving a phone call from the buyer. In the event that the buyer is unable to resolve the issue independently, the seller will conduct troubleshooting at the within 24 hours in sellers' country . Parts identified as quality-related issues during the warranty period will be replaced free of charge.
