The device is specialized equipment for leveling metal plates, designed to smooth out cold-rolled coils and uneven flat plates. Ideal for high-strength steel plates, carbon plates, stainless steel plates, aluminum plates, and other metal plates, this machine is indispensable in industries such as metallurgy, shipbuilding, boilers, petroleum, chemicals, locomotives, bridges, metal structure machinery manufacturing, and decoration.
The equipment consists of key components including the frame part, roller part, movable crossbeam, pressing mechanism, cornering mechanism or guide roller part, main transmission system, dry oil lubrication system, base part, and electrical part.
Boasting a robust frame structure, the machine features a fixed lower row of working rollers on the lower base and an upper row of working rollers affixed to the movable crossbeam. This crossbeam can move vertically and tilt at specific angles to accommodate leveling plates of various thicknesses. To guarantee precision, both the upper and lower rows of working rollers are supported by additional rollers.
