Its applications span across industries such as metallurgy, shipbuilding, boilers, petroleum, chemicals, locomotives, bridges, metal structure machinery manufacturing, and decoration.
The machine is meticulously engineered and comprises several key components: the frame part, roller part, movable crossbeam, pressing mechanism, cornering mechanism or guide roller part, main transmission system, dry oil lubrication system, base part, and electrical part, ensuring top-notch performance and reliability.
The entire machine features a robust frame structure. The lower row of working rollers is securely fixed on the lower machine base, while the upper row is attached to the movable crossbeam. This crossbeam can move up and down and tilt at specific angles, providing the flexibility to level plates of varying thicknesses. To guarantee precision leveling, both the upper and lower rows of rollers are equipped with support rollers.
