This device is an advanced, specialized equipment designed for the precise leveling of metal plates. It's ideal for flattening cold-rolled coils and uneven flat plates, including high-strength steel plates, carbon plates, stainless steel plates, aluminum plates, and a variety of other metal plates. Industries such as metallurgy, shipbuilding, boiler manufacturing, petroleum, chemical processing, locomotive production, bridge construction, metal structure machinery, and decorative metalwork will find this equipment indispensable.
The equipment comprises several key components: the frame part, roller part, movable crossbeam, pressing mechanism, cornering mechanism or guide roller part, main transmission system, dry oil lubrication system, base part, and electrical part.
The machine features a robust frame structure, where the lower row of working rollers is fixed to the lower machine base, and the upper row of working rollers is mounted on a movable crossbeam. This crossbeam can move vertically and tilt at specific angles to accommodate the leveling of plates of varying thicknesses. To ensure impeccable leveling accuracy, both the upper and lower rows of working rollers are supported by additional rollers.
