This state-of-the-art device is specialized equipment meticulously designed for leveling various metal plates. It is perfect for handling cold-rolled coils and uneven flat plates, including high-strength steel plates, carbon plates, stainless steel plates, aluminum plates, and other metal varieties. Industries such as metallurgy, shipbuilding, boilers, petroleum, chemicals, locomotives, bridges, metal structure machinery manufacturing, and decoration will find this machine indispensable.
The equipment is a marvel of engineering, comprising several critical components: the frame, roller assembly, movable crossbeam, pressing mechanism, cornering mechanism or guide roller assembly, main transmission system, dry oil lubrication system, base, and electrical system.
Featuring an advanced frame structure, this machine ensures unparalleled efficiency. The lower row of working rollers is securely fixed on the lower machine base, while the upper row is attached to the movable crossbeam. The crossbeam's ability to move vertically and tilt to a certain angle allows it to adapt seamlessly to the leveling of plates with varying thicknesses. To ensure impeccable leveling accuracy, both the upper and lower rows of working rollers are equipped with support rollers.
