This state-of-the-art device is the pinnacle of specialized equipment for leveling metal plates. It's designed to tackle cold-rolled coils and uneven flat plates, including high-strength steel plates, carbon plates, stainless steel plates, aluminum plates, and other metal varieties. Industries such as metallurgy, shipbuilding, boiler manufacturing, petroleum, chemical processing, locomotives, bridges, metal structure machinery manufacturing, and interior and exterior decoration will find it indispensable.
This advanced equipment is composed of multiple critical components: the frame part, roller part, movable crossbeam, pressing mechanism, cornering mechanism or guide roller part, main transmission system, dry oil lubrication system, base part, and electrical part.
The entire machine is constructed with a robust frame structure. The lower row of working rollers is fixed on the lower machine base, while the upper row is anchored on a movable crossbeam. This crossbeam can move vertically and tilt to accommodate plates of varying thicknesses. To guarantee precision in leveling, both the upper and lower rows of working rollers are fitted with support rollers.
