This state-of-the-art device is meticulously designed for leveling metal plates, making it indispensable for industries such as metallurgy, shipbuilding, boilers, petroleum, chemicals, locomotives, bridges, metal structure machinery manufacturing, and decoration. It expertly levels cold-rolled coils and uneven flat plates, including high-strength steel plates, carbon plates, stainless steel plates, aluminum plates, and other metal varieties.

Our advanced equipment is composed of several key parts: the frame, roller, movable crossbeam, pressing mechanism, cornering or guide roller mechanism, main transmission system, dry oil lubrication system, base, and electrical section, ensuring a comprehensive and efficient operation.

Built with a robust frame structure, this machine features a fixed lower row of working rollers on the base, while the upper row of working rollers is secured on a movable crossbeam. This crossbeam is capable of vertical movement and tilting to accommodate different plate thicknesses. To guarantee precision, both upper and lower rows of working rollers are supported by additional rollers.

Friendly Reminder: The equipment operates 26 days per month, with three shifts per day, ensuring high productivity.
