The XBJ Auto feed edge banding milling machine is a newly developed mechanical equipment by our company, incorporating the latest generation of milling and processing technology from abroad. It is widely used in industries such as boiler and pressure vessel manufacturing, shipbuilding, power generation, chemical engineering, petroleum engineering machinery, bridge construction, and metallurgical machinery. The machine is designed for milling the bevels of steel plates before welding, enabling one-time clamping for milling various edges such as beveled, straight, and V-shaped edges. This significantly improves efficiency and precision, with energy consumption reduced by over 70%. Equipped with standard domestic milling cutters, it can process thicknesses ranging from 6 to 50mm. Currently, it is the most ideal and advanced mechanical equipment for manufacturers in the pressure vessel, engineering machinery, bridge construction, and metallurgical machinery industries.

Features :

Feature 1:
The product uses a servo motor to drive the screw nut transmission, replacing the old planing machine tool using worm gear transmission mode which used to cause horizontal feeding and vertical feeding due to the large impact of the cutting force of the bevel gear, resulting in large axial load, failure, and damage that can not be automatically fed, which used to cause some issues like high failure rate in the cutting process, difficulty in operating, Low efficiency, cutting tool shortcomings and other disadvantages. After improvement,Our company's planer vertical feed and horizontal feed are equipped with manual feed, which is convenient for manual operation during electrical maintenance of the machine. also the tool is added and the coolant device is used in high power cutting to help in preventing the phenomenon of burning the tool.
Feature 2: 
This product adopts the design concept of advanced programmable PLC automatic control system and manual function, which truly realizes the combination of man-machine, has fast command execution speed which allows the operator to operate in any state , efficient motion control, and strong real-time performance. At the same time, the groove form of various metal materials, such as: Y, U, V, X-shaped and other grooves can be processed.
Feature 3:
Especially after our company introduced the wear-resistant technology of German machine tool guide rail and improved it, our company adopts SF wear-resistant and high-temperature resistant materials, and is compounded on the adjustment pad in contact with the guide rail. After hundreds of thousands of tests, there is no hair pulling phenomenon after long-term use. 
Feature 4:
The front of the mobile trolley is equipped with brushes to clean the tiny iron filings and dust on the guide rail in time. There are no iron filings and dust on the rails, avoiding the hair pulling of the rails.
Feature 5: 
The sports skateboard is manually scraped after fine grinding, which is convenient for the contact surface to be rich in a certain amount of oil when moving, so as to achieve full lubrication and ensure the accuracy of the planing workpiece.
Feature 6: 
Hydraulic pressing and manual pressing are equipped with manual pressing, which is convenient for sheet pressing. Due to the poor flatness of the sheet during the opening process, the manual feed works well with hydraulic pressing.

 Implement frequency conversion speed regulation: choose different cutting speed ranges for different materials and different plate thicknesses. It has a good protective effect on the use of machine tools.

The machine tool has a high degree of automation, such as the automatic clamping of sheet metal, the automatic feeding in the planing process, the automatic tool lifting and the automatic commutation cycle of the cutting stroke are all electrically controlled and completed automatically.

The main headbox of the machine tool adopts high-strength iron castings shaped by resin sand, and the transmission gear and transmission shaft are made of high-quality carbon structural steel, which has strong rigidity. Walking speed regulation is convenient, no blockage, using mechatronics technology, frequency conversion speed regulation, reducing the strength and skills of simple operators, and realizing man-machine combination and other functions.

The machine structure has sufficient rigidity, the planing mechanism runs smoothly and reliably, and there is no jitter phenomenon during tool holder clamping and planing processing. The guide rail of the machine tool adopts the overall grinding process of the upper guide rail grinding after quenching to ensure the wear resistance and overall accuracy of the guide rail and meet the accuracy requirements of the machine tool. The outer surface of the planer is spray painted to prevent corrosion to ensure that there are no pinholes, bubbles, cracks, falling off and other defects. The equipment has enough access space. The upper pressure device, using the most advanced design and manufacturing technology, the arc structure is selected, after the stress diffusion, 9 oil cylinders and 8 mechanical clamping devices are installed to achieve automatic and manual functions to improve the reliability and safety of the equipment, and the transmission screw tempering treatment enhances the strength and rigidity of the screw. 
Feature 12:
The hydraulic system of the machine tool includes the hydraulic station, the hydraulic piping system and the cylinder system. It has the functions of safety, environmental protection and energy saving. All seals, hydraulic pumps, cylinders, oil valves and pipelines in the hydraulic system are made of first-class brand products. The hydraulic pipeline is neatly arranged, firm and reasonable, which is convenient for maintenance. The hydraulic system has good sealing and dust-proof devices; The oil has a good filtration device; Prevent accidents caused by loose workpieces, and at the same time equipped with manual pressing mechanism as auxiliary pressing and safety protection. 
Feature 13:
The transmission mechanism of the bed guide, main transmission box and feed box are all automatically lubricated by centralized pressure. After the equipment starts, the lubricating oil plunger pump continuously guides the rail to fill oil, and when the oil tank is short of oil, it will automatically alarm and the host will stop working.
Protective measures such as scraping iron filings are installed on both sides of the contact part between the transmission box and the guide rail to avoid iron filings from being injured. 
Feature 14:
The whole machine adapts to the ambient temperature: it can work normally in the range of -5 °C ~ +50 °C, and it will not cause damage to the equipment when parked in the range of -5 °C ~ +50 °C.

The electrical control system adopts imported PLC controller, adopts mechatronics design concept, all equipped with automatic, manual horizontal and vertical feeding, alarm and other functions, automatic and manual coexistence functions, to achieve man-machine combination, so as to facilitate operation
Feature 16:
The electrical system has independent strong current electrical control cabinet, weak current control cabinet and control console, machine work indicator and machine fault indicator and working mode selection switch and related buttons. The motor and reducer run smoothly when starting, stopping and reversing, reducing the phenomenon of excessive motor temperature due to frequent starting.

Main beam:
The main beam consists of a large beam, hydraulic cylinder, and manual lead screw.

In the event of an oil shortage in the reservoir, an automatic alarm is triggered, causing the machine to stop working.
